From Their website: https://www.elks.org/enf/:
The mission of the ENF is to help Elks build stronger communities. We fulfill this pledge by investing in communities where Elks live and work. We help youth develop lifelong skills, send students to college, meet the needs of today's veterans, support the charitable work of the state Elks associations, and fund projects that improve the quality of life in local Elks communities. This year, the ENF allocated $18 million to fund the Community Investments Program, investing in Elks communities through grants for Elks Lodges.
Individual BINGO sheets (shown far left) may be purchased for $3.00 allowing the holder to play a single BINGO game (out of the 8 games for the evening). Each of the three cards on each single sheet must be played for the same game. That provides the player three chances of winning on each game. See sheet below for all games currently played.
You can also purchase two sheets for $3.00.
Most players opt to purchase a BINGO packet, which includes eight stacked sheets color coded. This gives you one sheet (3 cards) per game to play.
Winning bingo must be on the designated color card listed for each game in the guide. Extra cards may be purchased from the bingo cashier. The designated colors: Game 1 = Blue, Game 2 = Orange, Game 3 = Green, Game 4 = Yellow, Game 5 = Coral, Game 6 = Gray, Game 7 = Olive, and Game 8a and 8b = Brown.

After the tickets have been purchased, all tickets will be shuffled and a winning ticket is picked from the pile. The winner receives a percentage of the amount of ticket sales for that night.
